A reimagined user experience

In April 2023, we marked our 18th year managing the Qlik World Conference. Tasked with reinvigorating this flagship event for a post-pandemic world, we welcomed 3,000 attendees at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. From selecting the venue to designing the layout for exhibits and breakout sessions, we created an environment where every attendee found value, through hands-on demonstrations, insightful breakouts, and networking opportunities.

Bringing on Katie Linendoll as emcee sparked meaningful conversations with key executives and speakers, including John Volanthen, whose story added a memorable highlight. Beyond the physical event, we extended our reach by live streaming to an additional 10,000 people globally, ensuring no one missed out on the experience. Our off-site dinner at Allegiant Stadium wasn't just about thanking our attendees; it was about creating a fully interactive evening that underscored our commitment to delivering events that exceed expectations, seamlessly bridging the gap between in-person and virtual experiences.
